• Secure platform for Clients to create and manage home-project posts with files and details.
• Discovery for subscribed Pros, with masking until a Pro is shortlisted by the Client.
• Controlled access to project assets using time-limited signed links.
• Basic messaging/communications between Clients and Pros.
• Administrative support for account setup and help documentation.

What We Don’t Provide

• We do not perform construction/repair services ourselves.
• We do not guarantee prices, timelines, compliance, permits, or outcomes.
• We do not arbitrate disputes or guarantee payments between Clients and Pros.
